Hi, I am Alissa. I am a Mother, Postpartum Care Provider, and passionate advocate for mothers, babies and the transition into Motherhood.

My work is grounded in the belief that when mothers are deeply supported, families thrive. Through Mother Hearth, I help families prepare for the fourth trimester with practical education, holistic support, and a strong focus on ancient traditions and prescriptions of postpartum care.
