My name is Annwyn, I am a mumma of four children and 9 grandchildren. My passion is holding space for pregnancy, birth and after birth. I live by the ocean, where the rhythm of the waves reminds me of the natural flow of birth, breath, and healing. I am a certified Birth Doula, Reiki Master, and bodywork therapist, offering holistic support to women during pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

My work is grounded in presence - to hold space for you to feel calm, confident, and truly supported. Whether I am guiding a mother through labour, offering hands-on healing with Reiki, or simply listening deeply, my intention is always the same: to bring peace, trust, and connection to everyone I care for.

I believe birth is sacred. I believe in the wisdom of the body. And I believe that every mother deserves to feel held, honoured, and empowered.

With calm hands and an open heart, I bring warmth, strength, and intuition to every part of my work.
