Kia Ora, I'm Lily! I’m a Birth & Postpartum doula based in Hamilton.
A doula is someone every expectant parent and new family can benefit from, regardless of the kind of birth you are expecting or choosing to have.
Birth is a powerful time, and a time I would be honoured to share this experience with you. All too often, pregnancy and birth can feel to be a very loud place and my role in your birth is exactly as you want it to be, not what I, or others, think it needs to be.
I am here to work for you, however that ends up being most beneficial to your specific situation.
I believe in you, and I support you as a new parent.
I am passionate about empowering you to feel at peace with your birth and to be a useful set of hands in your postpartum days.
